Once an order is placed, there is a 24–48 hour processing
time. I do my best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible! I ship out
Monday-Wednesday during the summer.

guarantee them. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking
information once your order is on its way. Shipping time are NOT guaranteed,
and orders that arrive later than stated will not be refunded.

On the first burn allow the wax to melt all the way to the
sides of the container. This should take 1-3 hours. Failure to do this will
often cause tunneling, limiting your candle’s life.

Trim your wick to about 1/4" before each burn.
This will ensure a long-lasting candle, minimize soot and remove any
mushrooming of carbon on the end of the wick.

For the best scent throw, burn your candle for
no more than 3-4 hours at a time. If the candle burns longer, the wax will get
too hot and burn the fragrance oil away
